Colorado Disposal Services provides residential and commercial junk removal, foreclosure and eviction (Notice of Quit) cleanouts, and construction site cleanup as described on this site, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the items and property to be serviced at the scheduled time. For foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, it is the client's responsibility to ensure the removal is properly authorized and compliant with applicable law before work begins.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Hazardous materials, chemicals, and other items requiring special disposal are not accepted unless discussed and approved in advance.
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a job.
We will not remove any items that are not approved by the home owner or authorized party.
